  • 5 to 10 year term
  • Amortization terms up to 30 years
  • Non-recourse except for standard commercial carveouts
  • Defeasance on prepayment

Portfolio – Direct Lender financing, held on balance sheet through maturity

  • Fixed and Floating Rates
  • $5 to $100 million, will coordinate and structure co-investment arrangements for loans with proceeds above $100 million
  • 3 to 25 year term
  • Loan to Value:  Up to 70%, higher for credit transactions
  • Non-recourse except for standard commercial carveouts
  • Yield maintenance / structured prepayment options

Bridge Loans – Interim financing for all types of commercial and multi-family properties, until permanent financing can be obtained

  • Fixed and Floating Rates
  • $5 to $100 million
  • 2 to 5 year term
  • Amortization requirements are typically included in extension options
  • Loan to Value:  Up to 65%
  • Non-recourse except for standard commercial carveouts
  • Prepayment typically restricted for the first year, followed by yield maintenance or fixed prepayment fee schedules

Life Programs

  • Fixed and Floating Rates
  • $10 to $100 million, will coordinate and structure co-investment arrangements for loans with proceeds above $100 million
  • 3 to 25 year term

  • 2 to 5 year term
  • Amortization requirements are typically included in extension options
  • Loan to Value:  Up to 65%
  • Non-recourse except for standard commercial carveouts
  • Prepayment typically restricted for the first year, followed by yield maintenance or fixed prepayment fee schedules.
